Culinary Team

The Culinary Team is led by one director and two assistants. It requires 40 volunteers and 8 sessions of structured training. No previous experience is required. The directors will select team leaders to be in charge of each course and help teach proper techniques. Alongside our advisors, volunteers train on culinary techniques and trends, develop knife skills, and prepare a five star meal.
