Service Team

The Service Team is led by one director and two assistants. It requires 50 volunteers and 8 sessions of structured training. Volunteers refine proper serving and clearing techniques, master the precision of our signature 24-karat synchronized service, strengthen guest communication and presentation skills, and build the confidence necessary to deliver polished, professional service.
